SACRED – HYBRID SYNTHESISER MODULE
What Is It?
SACRED is an 8-voice polyphonic synthesiser with four sound engines in every voice, all written from scratch: a plucked and struck string (physical modelling), a PPG-style wavetable, a formant choir that sings vowels, and a sample player with air, choirs and piano. Blend them for crystal harps, glassy bells, singing pads and huge evolving textures.
D-50 style attack transients, FM and ring X-MOD, a multi-stage envelope, a Polivoks-inspired filter, a mod matrix and split/layer modes give it depth, and a built-in step sequencer with chords locks to MIDI clock, so it plays along with the rest of your rig. A colour screen shows every setting.
