What Is It?
NIBBLE brings the sound of 1980s games consoles and home computers to your MIDI setup: pulse waves with duty-cycle "wah", the stepped NES triangle, noise, and 4-bit Game Boy-style wavetables – plus the tricks chip musicians relied on, like lightning-fast chord arpeggios, stepped envelopes, pitch sweeps and tracker-style macros.
Draw your own waves on the built-in wave editor, watch every voice on the live oscilloscope, and add authentic tracker "fake echo". A chip drum kit on its own MIDI channel includes an orchestra hit and crunchy 1-bit speech – GO! YEAH! ONE TWO THREE FOUR! GAME OVER! – and a full song sequencer – 8 patterns of drums, a lead track and a bass track on its own sound, chained into songs – plus a loop recorder and a demo tune with a dancing spider.

How Do I Connect It?
- Connect your keyboard, sequencer or MIDI interface MIDI OUT to the NIBBLE MIDI IN (5-pin DIN)
- Connect the stereo audio output to a mixer, audio interface or powered speakers (line level)
- Optional: connect MIDI THRU to another synth – chain NIBBLE with KLAK, FIMM or MALICE
- Power from a 9–12V DC supply (9V regulated recommended, 2.1mm, any polarity – not supplied) or USB-C (phone charger or power bank – not supplied)
Synth on any MIDI channel; drums and speech on channel 10 (changeable).
