What Does It Do?
A more sophisticated version of my classic 1>5 manual switch.
Takes one MIDI input and sends it to any of five MIDI outputs, at the press of a button.
Send your keyboard or sequencer to one synth at a time, or use the built-in templates to play several synths at once.
Everything passes through untouched: notes, controllers, program changes, clock, start/stop and SysEx.
How Is It Powered?
7–12V DC adaptor (centre/tip positive), or USB via the micro-USB port. Adaptor and USB lead not supplied.
How Do I Use It?
Connect your source to MIDI IN and up to five synths to OUT 1 to 5. Two buttons do everything.
SWITCH mode: tap a button to step your keyboard through each synth, one at a time.

TEMPLATE mode: play several synths together, e.g. outputs 1+2, 3+4+5 or ALL. Layer sounds or drive a whole rig from one sequencer.

- Panic function: hold both buttons to reset every synth
- Remembers your last setting at power-off
